Dreams are an extension of your reality, my friend. An alternative dimension. In fact it is the reality in which where your true self, your soul, your spirit, your higher self lives and has free reign without the limitations of your physical reality.

There is a term and it says something like “As Above, So Below”. In other words, if you are worried about demons and that sort of things, then they will manifest in your dream reality. Remember, your thoughts create. So if you are constantly worried about and thinking about demons, then they’ll come to fruitition in your dreams.

Dream Demons are simply a creation of your mind - at the same time, sure they can be ‘real’ so to speak in your dream reality. Just remember that YOU have full CONTROL.

Here’s what you should do if you are still worried.
Next time when you go to sleep…
calm yourself.
Close your eyes.
calm yourself
take a few deep breaths
calm
say to your Self
“I would like to have a great time in my dream reality. I will enjoy my dreams to the fullest extent possible and am in complete control. If I experience anything that I do not desire, I will simply let it go and go back to enjoying what is truely mine - my dreams.”
take a few more deep breaths.

The worry will be gone. Even if it doesn’t COMPLETELY go away, you’ve always set your intention and will have pleasant dreams.
