Society has been influenced by reality TV in the following way.

Whilst watching ‘Reality TV’ ,  the regular viewer is led to believe that this form of television is more ‘real’ than other forms, genres, sub-categories of television shows; That is to say the idea that ‘Reality TV ‘ is more real than a comedy, drama, adventure or even a documentary.

However, ‘Reality TV’ is no more real, than any action, drama, love or fantasy film that you could also watch in any other moment. In addition to that, while under the falsity that this so-called ‘Reality TV’ is more real than other forms, the viewer is subjected, engrossed, and almost hypnotised by the electromagnetic rays shot out by the tv tuner and thus acts with influences from the show within there everyday life - knowingly and unknowingly - consciously and unconsciously..

“Reality TV”, then, in conclusion is another form of ‘entertainment’ as your society deems it, UNDER THE GUISE, of being more ‘legitimate’ than it really is. in fact, because of this, it’s more dangerous to your society than any violent, scandalous or vulgar film of your mass consciousness. by Proteus
