Detaching From Negative Energy

Kittie Taylor looked at me and said “How is it that you humans get so upset? Why get so attached to these odd energy patterns. Why can’t you just BE like us of the feline species? We hunt, we mate, we play and we love. That’s it. Why can’t you do the same? Aren’t our needs the same? Wouldn’t it be quite odd if were angry that you came home late tonight, and thus - I had to wait to eat? What’s this ‘cold shoulder’ thing? Plus, you are the ones with the magical manifestation power of thought! Why are you manifesting thoughts of limitations? Bah - I’m going to go play with that string over there.”
She’s got a point.
Attachment is stagnant energy.
Detach, allow your Self to flow, be and shine. If you can detach yourself from your energy then you can better utilize your energy.
That’s one way of ‘beating negative emotions’. It’s not ignoring it, it’s looking at it with the LITERAL thought in mind.
Change your thought. Change your language. Remain neutral. Return to Spirit consciousness.
You are not ‘angry’. You are not ‘doubtful’. Use the language to represent thought and transfer your feeling to that which does not create limitation. You FEEL the energy of anger. You FEEL the energy of doubt. You, Spirit, the true Self is natural to one feeling and one feeling only - LOVE (joy/happiness). However when you choose to entertain the thoughts of negativity, the separation from Self ensues and the attachment to impure energy commences.

How to detach from worry?
Detach your Ego from your Self.
Think of the Ego, however, not as an ‘obstacle’, but simply as a FOCUSING tool. It allows you to focus on your physical manifestations in the reality that you choose to experience, including yourself! When you feel anger for some reason, realise that it is your Ego that’s attached to this energy of anger (in it’s many fear based incarnations - envy, worry, doubt etc). Instead of thinking of your Self as angry and saying “i AM angry” think of it this way, “this physical manifestation of my body is simply “feeling the energy” of ‘anger’. I, as the Spirit, acknowledge this energy, and choose to let it be and out of my aura.”
“YOU” are not angry. It’s ENERGY. Simply detach, and bring yourself back to the fully glowing magnet of happiness that you are.
When someone annoys you, remember the Spirit cannot be “annoyed”. It is the energy of annoyance that you’ve been taught so well to embrace and attach to your being that you’re experiencing. Again, as the Spirit that you are - detach and simply be, enjoy your existence.
