Today Is A Perfect Day

SHARING
Originally I was going to write about the first thought that I have at the time of awakening - that is each time I awaken into the lovely reflection of ourselves that we call physical reality but as I am non-linear by nature first I would like to share the first message that came to me when preparing to write this..and that’s:
TRYING IS NOT DOING. My first thought of the day is “Today Is A Perfect Day”.
Sometime that varies to something like “What a Beautiful Awakening“, or “What a lovely reflection””
I begin with this thought of perfection. I believe in this thought, because I believe in myself - and as a result the smiles are abundant, the ‘hellos’ are aplenty, the ‘thank yous’ are rampant, and the joy is constant.
I do NOT start the thought with “Today I will try to create the perfect day”. Trying is not doing. Trying is actually failing, by definition - and for that reason I’ve always held a strong thought in my head to NEVER use the word try…unless of course I am speaking of something that I DO NOT want to manifest. (i.e. “Yes, Dad, I will “try” hurt someone today.”)
Seriously. It make such a big difference when you eliminate the word “try” from your lexicon. Even if you aren’t exactly where you want to be at this present time in your life - don’t “try” to find a better job. Don’t “try” to make things better between mom and dad. DECIDE to make things better…..INTEND to find that job.
FEEL the POWER, CERTAINTY, LIBERATION, and JOY in the ABSOLUTE statement.
I WILL make today a perfect day. I WILL find a better job. BELIEVE IN IT. Because when you believe in IT, you believe in YOURSELF.
“But Proteus, you may say, today my bill for at&t came, I was late for school, and Mom yelled at me for not walking the dog“
To that I’d say, somewhere in the world (not your world) there’s someone that can’t afford a phone to GET an at&t bill, go to school, or be lucky enough to have the companionship of a creature of unconditional love (a dog). See what I mean?
Shift positive. That way your day(s) gets better and better and better and better, leading you to know that….
Today Is A Perfect Day.
